Biodynamic
Our first commitment is to sustainable farming: offering effective, creative and sustainable solutions to the common problems of our fam. “Everything is interdependent” so by increasing the soil microbial life, synchronizing the earth with the phases of the moon and the planets, we are convinced to leave a better world for the next generation.
Planet
Our policy is based on the “Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” principles. Our heating system is using a water pump. Low-consumption bulbs are opted for and all our water consumption comes from a spring. Organic waste is composted and all other waste (plastic, paper, cardboard, tetra-brik, metal and glass) is recycled. In the future, we plan to use horses in the field rather than tractors.
People
Goods and services are locally sourced particularly from small organic and biodynamic farms in the area.
